Community Engagement
Lenny represents and mentors pupils at Bobby Moore Academy in Stratford, East London, where he also serves on the Board of Governors—supporting students as they explore future career pathways and opportunities within the London Market.

Mel brings extensive London Market experience, developed through senior roles in broking, underwriting, product development and client service within the Property and Casualty sector.

She has guided insurers through complex portfolios and contributed expert insight in formal proceedings, including acting as an expert witness. Her leadership is defined by clarity, structure and the ability to build high-performing teams aligned to strategic objectives.

Mel has played a key role in establishing and scaling insurance operations, including the successful development of a property division within a major insurer. She supports organisations seeking direction and discipline in execution, while also mentoring individuals progressing within the market.

‍Mel works closely with the Friends of Bobby Moore Academy, helping to deliver insight days, work experience and access to the London Market for students considering future careers.
